Cafe Mio in Bad Oeynhausen

I met a friend here for breakfast.  Everything was really good & fresh! It's really cute inside too.

The food is incredible! The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The space is large enough for everyone eating to be properly socially distanced. All in all this is a terrific experience and a must visit!

Not a bad brunch spot. We had an omelette and “truffle” fries. The truffle fries didn’t have much truffle flavor but the omelette was decent.

Small cafe in a cute strip mall. Service was quick and very friendly. Omelette was delicious... truffle fries were not my favorite - I’ve had much better else where.

Got the Eggplant Panini to go. We enjoyed it, tasty... tasted fresh. It was filling and worth the money too. Staff was also super friendly and took it out to our car for or us!

DINE IN during COVID. Google has not updated. HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!! Corned beef hash bowl was AMAZING! The chicken sandwich my son ordered with fries was FANTASTIC. This place is a must stop! 58 minutes from Phoenicia/Catskills. Yum! Immaculately clean. Super friendly. QUALITY breakfast & lunch spot! Credit cards accepted.

Not familiar with the area, but decided to stop here for lunch. Yummy, freshly made food and friendly staff. Planning on stopping there again for lunch when we're in the area.

Service was great and the food was out of this world excellent. Unfortunately no photos to go with this review, but trust me, it's beyond worth it. I went for brunch and I am still raving about my experience a week later.

We stopped in for breakfast and decided to have some 10am dessert too! Everything was amazing.

Thanks to the chef who made my grilled cheese sandwich. It was excellent and made with love.

A huge cup of coffee

Great food, always with greens. A bit disappointed in service, no table check or offer on refill (had to ask for condiments and coffee refill) bit to be fair, they were pretty busy for 2 waitstaff. We head there relatively frequently.

No flavor and bland. No amount of salt, pepper, or hot sauce can even help. I gave this place another chance after feeling the exact same a year ago.

Our second time visiting this place. Once again we weren't disappointed. Well lighted, friendly staff, and great food. They have tons of vegetarian and gluten free options. Better yet, they support the local farms. They even list the farms they support on their menu. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

Cafe Mio is definitely a hidden gem in Gardiner. The restaurant choices in Gardiner can be slim pickings, but Cafe Mio always delivers. It's a great place to go for breakfast, with large portions and a variety of dishes, including breakfast burritos. It's not easy to stop from a moving vehicle, but it has designated parking for customers. It's also a great place to stop at the end of the Walkill Valley Rail Trail.

We’ve been here several times and have always had excellent food. I really appreciate the way they use many local ingredients and how that changes their menu depending on the seasons. My favorite things I’ve had here are the carrot & ginger soup, as well as the caramelized banana & bacon French toast... with bacon actually cooked into the toast! Mmm, mmm! ?

Love this place! Good friendly service! We got coffee and dessert ? this time around. The chocolate mousse cake was really yummy! Big enough to share. It had whipped cream and strawberries that came with it. We would get it again. We’ve been here many times and have never been disappointed. All the food it good, breakfast & lunch. Beer and wine options. They have vegan and vegetarian options also.

Very, very good food. We had the soup of the day and split a salad. Very ordinary but my, my! Happy atmosphere, snappy music, and excellent service. Perfect for the drizzly day outside...
